Super Boosting Breakfasts
As you will know I do love a Kilner jar breakfast, easy to prep the night before and chill in the fridge overnight, the combinations of flavours and ingredients are limitless. 2 of my favourite here are "Mixed Berry Cacao" & "Banana & Goji Berry". Plenty of vitamins, anti-oxidants, phenols, protein & boosting nutrients. This recipe calculation is based on the Banana & Goji Berry version.
- Mix the Greens&Reds with the Vegan vanilla and the chia seeds.
- Put the milk in the Kilner jar first and add the dry ingredients after. (This prevents the powder sticking to the bottom of the jar!)
- Slice the banana and lay the pieces on top. Sprinkle on the goji berries and a few chia seeds.
- Close the lid and leave in the fridge overnight.
