We all love a truffle every now and again, but what if that sweet could also deliver some of your daily protein or perhaps some additional health benefits delivered by including "super" powders. I actually dreamt of these little lovelies one night as I am frequently asked how superfoods can be added to a diet without having to endure the sometimes very odd tasting powders. I find these little balls of brilliance with a special metabolic boost conscientiously masks the flavour without losing any health benefits.
- Place all the dry ingredients into the processor and give a quick mix.
- Add the Vita Fibre and mix thoroughly.
- Add the almond milk a little at a time in case you don't require it all. The mix should be sticky to firm not sloppy. If it is too wet the mix won't bind together.
- Take a dessert spoon size of the protein mix and roll the bite size ball between your hands. When rounded roll in the Chia seeds.
