The MOR-ish sausages!

If you follow me on social media you may notice that I love good quality sausages and the amazing array of gluten free ranges is increasing almost daily.

These MOR sausages are just that but with a little extra addition of health boosting ingredients.

MOR sausages are wheat free, gluten free and dairy free but in addition each one of the range has a theme with herbs and spices and additional vegetables. They are succulent and as utterly delicious as traditional sausages, but have a lower fat content and none of the rubbish. There are exciting flavours packed with fragrant herbs, zingy spices and tender, top quality British meat.

These are delicious enough to make you re think your mid week or breakfast prep. I have tried them in Toad-in-the-hole, a casserole, a stir fry, and I even made home made scotch eggs with some of the meat.

The two flavours that I tried were

Chicken sausages with sun-dried tomato & basil chipolatas.

A delicate flavour with a Mediterranean twist which were a welcome alternative to my chicken for work. On my meal plan I have to eat chicken everyday, as an awful lot of fitness professionals do. These were fabulous as an alternative and I loved the purity of the sausages as I could keep my food as clean as possibly without neglecting the flavour and taste.

The other flavour I tried was

Pork, super green veg & lentil sausages.

If you struggle to get your veg quota in this is an ingenious way of introducing more veg into your diet. They are super tasty though, so even if you’re looking for a fabulous gluten free sausage, these are very different and you won’t go far wrong.
